Join us on this mini patries class and learn from scratch how to bake the cutest mini tarts and madeleines.
Then you will be ready to bake these mignardises at home and entertain friends and family.
We bake 2 recipes of mini tarts and mini-madeleines. We shall choose the flavor of the mini-tarts according to the season (strawberry & raspberry in summer / chocolate & walnuts in winter).
After the class, you will taste your delicate treats with a beverage while your hostess will share with you her favorite places in Paris.
The class takes place in a private apartment in the 9th arrondissement, a few blocks from Montmartre and the department stores.
