Registration procedure
Any registration by a client implies his acceptance of the present terms.
The booking will be confirmed by an e-mail from Succulent Paris after the reception of the payment.
The payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. The payment must be received at the least a week before service is rendered.

Rates
All the rates are on request because our tours and classes are all personalized.
The rates are those applied at the date of registration. The rate is per person.
Transportation is not included.

Terms for postponements and cancellations for individuals
A service can be postponed or cancelled at the clients request only in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) and no less than 72 hours before the start of service.
Postponement is subject to availability in the Succulent Paris calendar.
For all cancellations made 5 days before the start of the service, Succulent Paris refunds 100% of the total price of the service after deduction of bank or Paypal charges.
Under 5 days, Succulent Paris does not refund any part of the price.
Succulent Paris allows itself the right to postpone or cancel any service if one of the participants cannot attend. No refund could be made.
For Christmas holidays. And high season (April, June & July) the cancellation period is one week instead of 5 days.

Terms for postponements and cancellations for groups (over 8 /10 participants)
A service can be cancelled at the clients request only in writing (e-mail or letter) and no less than 2 weeks before the start of service.
For all cancellations made 2 weeks before the start of the service, Succulent Paris refunds 100% of the total price of the service after deducting bank or Paypal charges.
Less than 2 weeks before the service, Succulent Paris does not refund any part of the price.

Legal responsibility
The legal responsibility of Succulent Paris cannot be engaged for the thefts, losses or deterioration of personal belongings that may occur in the streets, markets and/or other places we stop to shop or eat.

Act of God (Force Majeure)
The company Succulent Paris can be cleared of its obligations or can suspend their execution if the company finds itself in the impossibility of assuming them due to a case of act of God (strike, transportation or traffic obstructed, disaster affecting the facilities of Succulent Paris).
