What you will learn to prepare
During this 3 hour workshop, you will prepare a full meal from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

• The starter (l’entrée): master the iconic French Onion Soup.
• The main course (le plat): Learn to prepare a velvety béchamel for the most perfect croque-monsieur
• The dessert: finish with a classic sweet touch.
