    Hosted in a warm, private Parisian apartment in  the 9th arrondissement, this workshop is a celebration of flavor, technique, and the legendary Art de Vivre.

    A Specialized Workshop for Celiac & Gluten-Sensitive Foodies
    Finding safe yet delicious options while traveling can be a challenge. Our mission is to bridge the gap between dietary needs and gourmet pleasure. Under the expert guidance of Marion or Aurélie, you will discover that gluten-free baking isn’t about restriction—it’s about discovering new textures and high-quality ingredients like almond flour, rice flour and of course, premium French butter.

    The Menu: Three Iconic French Classics
    During this 2.5 hour immersive experience, you will master three traditional pastries, all adapted into 100% gluten-free versions that taste just as good than the originals:

    • The Signature Madeleine: learn the secret to achieving this shell-shaped sponge cake.
    • The Molten Chocolate Moelleux: we’ll create a rich, decadent cake with a gooey, melting heart that will impress your friends back home.
    • The Seasonal Fruit Tart: from the buttery shortcrust pastry to fresh seasonal fruit topping, you’ll learn the architecture of a perfect French tart.

    An Authentic Parisian “Art de Vivre” Experience
    Beyond the recipes, this class offers a glimpse into local life. You won’t be in a cold, industrial kitchen; you’ll be in a private Parisian home.

    • Small Groups & Private Setting: Enjoy personalized tips and a cozy atmosphere.
    • Family-friendly : this workshop is designed to be interactive and accessible. Children love the hands-on nature of cracking eggs, whisking batter, and decorating tarts. It’s a wonderful way for families to bond over a shared culinary goal in a relaxed, non-commercial environment.

    Note for celiac guest: there may be traces of gluten as the class takes place in a domestic kitchen.

    Location: our gluten free baking class takes place in a private apartment in the heart of Paris, in the 9th arrondissement, a few blocks from iconic Montmartre and the famous “grand magasins”  (the department stores).
