During this 3-hour session, you will dive into the heart of French pastry secrets. Under the guidance of our expert local host, you will master every step of the process:

• The meringue & macaronage: learn the crucial steps to achieve that smooth, shiny shell and the iconic “foot.”

• Flavorful ganaches: discover how to create rich, balanced fillings using high-quality ingredients.

• Piping techniques: get hands-on practice with a piping bag to create perfectly uniform shapes.

You will acquire the skills needed to recreate these delectable treats in the comfort of your own kitchen, allowing you to delight your family and friends.

 

 

Our Paris macaron class is one of our most popular activities for families and small groups. It is a fun, interactive way to bond while learning a skill you can bring back home. To make the moment even sweeter, we often bake traditional French madeleines while the macarons are in the oven!
